Barong siapa jang meniru atau memalsu uang kertas Negara, ato dengan seng-dja mengedarkan, menjimpun atau memasukkan kedaerah Republik Indonesia uang kertas tiruan atau palsu, dapat dihukum menurut Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Pidana pasal 244, 245, dan 249.

Barong siapa jang meniru atau memalsu uang kertas Negara -> Whoever imitates or falsifies the state banknotes
ato dengan seng-dja mengedarkan -> or with deliberate circulation
menjimpun atau memasukkan kedaerah Republik Indonesia uang kertas tiruan atau palsu -> storing or inserting counterfeit or fake banknotes into the territory of the Republic of Indonesia
dapat dihukum menurut Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Pidana pasal 244, 245, dan 249. -> shall be punished under the Penal Code, articles 244, 245, and 249
