8.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller via e-mail with a clear statement.
8.4. The Buyer must return the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days after notifying withdrawal.
8.5. The Seller will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods or proof of return.
8.6. The Buyer bears the direct cost of returning goods unless otherwise agreed.
8.7. The Buyer is liable for any diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning.
9.1. The Seller is liable for defects existing at the time of delivery and for defects appearing during the statutory warranty period under applicable law.
9.2. Complaints shall be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
9.3. The Seller will confirm receipt of a complaint and inform the Buyer of the resolution within a reasonable period.
