Conditions of Use in slovak language

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These conditions are designed to ensure clarity and protect both you as the customer and us as the vendor, in line with applicable EU regulations.

1. General
These Conditions of Use apply to all purchases made through our online store.
The contract of sale is concluded in accordance with the relevant consumer protection laws of the European Union, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw via email or written letter before the 14-day period expires.

3. Return Process
Returns must be made by mail to the address provided in our return instructions.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
You are advised to use a trackable shipping service when returning goods, as we are not liable for lost returns.
Items must be returned in their original condition.

4. Refund Policy
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
No restocking fees will be applied.

5. Data Protection
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which our business is registered, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
